CSH Web
The Code for Sustainable Homes was officially launched on 13 December 2006, and was introduced as a voluntary standard in England in 2007. Since May 2008 all new-built homes that are marketed for sale are required to be rated against the scheme, although a nil rating is allowed. Many local planning authorities have set a minimimum Code for Sustainable Homes requirement as part of their planning policy and have build their sustainble housing policy around the Code for Sustainable Homes.
CSH Web was developed to provided a core service around the sustainability agenda for the development of new residential properties. The focus of CSH Web lies on providing essential support to individuals and small organisations in meeting their obligations under the Code for Sustainable Homes scheme. CSH Web is a one-stop shop for assistance with Code for Sustainable Homes projects. The fees for our services, which include, CSH assessments, renewable energy feasibility reports, energy statements and SAP assessments are very competative.
Please send us an email describing your project on info@cshweb.co.uk and request for a proposal.
