CSH free assessment
Only for the month August 2010 we will offer a CSH design stage assessment free of charge for one eligible development project. Register your project to us before 2 August 2010 and have a chance that it is your project that is the one that is awarded a free CSH design stage assessment.
To be eligible to be entered into the draw your project needs to meet the following criteria:
1. The project must be for a single house
2. All information to complete the assessment must be provided to us before 15 August 2010
3. The information supplied by you to us as evidence needs to be in electronic format and meet our quality standards
This is a genuine free offer. There are no hidden costs and you are not obliged to work with us should your project not be selected for the free assessment. The winner is also not obliged to let us do the post-construction review and we will provide reasonable co-operation to transfer all information required to another assessor for the post-construction review should you wish to do so.
It is important to note the following items:
• We will only carry out the formal assessment and arrange the CSH certificate for you
• Should your project not meet your CSH target the first time, we will notify you of the results and carry out one re-run of the assessment when you re-submit evidence within 14 days of our notification
• You are responsible for the preparation of any additional reports and calculations required as evidence where these are needed, such as a flood risk assessment, daylight factors, ecology report and building footprint.
Remember. Only one free assessment will be awarded. To be entered for the draw you need to notify us before 2 August and your project must meet the eligibility criteria as set out above.
