The successful implementation of CSH project requires specialist input at certain points. Some of the mandatory requirements within the Code for Sustainable Homes requires the input of appropriate specialists. An example relates to the mandatory element within the drainage category (SUR1). In other parts of the Code specialist input is require to achieve credits, for instance when aiming for a good score in the ecology section. Of course the assessment itself has to be prepared by a licensed professional.
