The energy rating of new homes in the UK has to be calculated using the official “Standard Assessment Procedure for energy rating of dwellings“. This is often referred to as SAP ratings and SAP calculations.
As part of the energy category CSH requires that the energy performance of the building is expressed as a reduction of the carbon emissions of the building compared with the minimum requirements from the building regulations. all calculations have to be carried by using an accepted SAP rating software solution.
